Handspun white cotton, plain weave with cording. Panels joined with red 'randa' work. Below neck opening, on front and back, a block of brocaded geometrical designs in red. All over garment are brocaded multi-coloured cross bands of prancing animals (squirrels?), birds and floral designs. On shoulders are brocaded bands of geometrical designs, predominantly red.
