Handwoven cotton, plain weave. Two webs, consis­ting of blue warp threads and purple weft threads, are joined with orange thread on sewing machine. Orange weft stri­pes. Selvages are machine-finished with orange yarn. In 1968 a few elderly women still wore this traditional skirt.
