De traditionele dracht voor vrouwen uit San Andrés Chicahuaxtla bestaat uit een “huipil”, rok, gordel en deken. In tegenstelling tot andere Indiaanse volkeren dragen de vrouwen van San Andrés een korte rok die tot slechts de knieën reikt. De rok wordt zonder te plooien om de heupen gewikkeld en met een gordel vastgezet.
