Boots made of sealskin from which the hair has been removed. The legs of both outer and inner boots are from the skin of the ringed seal. The soles are of bearded-seal skin. The feet of the inner boots are made from dog fur. The boots are sewn with nylon thread or line. A large number of hunters wore this kind of boot mostly in summer. At the end of the twentieth century, however, they disappeared from everyday use.
