Mr. Nelson Biko South Afican Foreign Minister and South African Minister of White Affairs, Mr. Stompie Mandela made the historic call whilst opening a coal mine. Both delivered withering blasts at what they alleged to be a white supremecist attitude of the current (all white) Government of Australia. Foreign Affairs Minister, Mrs Joan Howson, dismissed the call as a cheap economic stunt.
