After the Nobertinum school, Victor Kugler entered class 1a of the '7 stufigen' Katholische Schule on Schulstrasse in Duisburg. The reason for this transfer is unknown.
On 28 March 1914 Victor Kugler received his 'Entlassungs-Zeugnis'. The day before, he had taken a test on the basis of which the school allowed him to continue his studies 'with best wishes'. The subjects were biblical history, catechism, reading, spelling, grammar, essays, arithmetic, geometry, geography, history, natural history, physics, singing, writing, drawing and gymnastics.[1]
This school was located in the district of Laar. Schulstrasse in Laar was renamed Franklinstrasse in 1929.[2]

Na het Nobertinum kwam Victor Kugler in klas 1a van de 7 stufigen’ Katholische Schule aan de Schulstrasse in Duisburg terecht. De reden voor deze overstap is onbekend.
28 maart 1914 ontving Victor Kugler zijn Entlassungs-Zeugnis. Een dag eerder legde hij een proef af, op grond waarvan de school hem met de beste wensen voor vervolgstudie door liet gaan. De vakken waren Bijbelse geschiedenis, catechismus, lezen, spelling, spraakkunst, opstel, rekenen, meetkunde, geografie, geschiedenis, natuurlijke historie, natuurkunde, zingen, schoonschrijven, tekenen en turnen.[1]
Deze school stond in het stadsdeel Laar. De Schulstrasse in Laar werd in 1929 omgedoopt tot Franklinstrasse.[2]
